Abstract:
A numerically controlled machining center device and a machining method using said numerically controlled machining center device. Said numerically controlled machining center device comprises a base (110), a mounting and clamping structure (120), a water tank (180), a gantry driving structure (130), a water jet cutter (160), and a milling device (170); a sheet material (140) is mounted to the mounting and clamping structure (120), and the mounting and clamping structure (120) can drive the sheet material (140) to move in the Y direction; the water jet cutter (160) and the milling device (170) are mounted to the gantry driving structure (130), and the gantry driving structure (130) can drive the water jet cutter (160) and the milling device (170) to move in the X direction; the sheet material (140) is located between the water jet cutter (160) and the water tank (180). A structure that combines the water jet cutter (160) and the milling device (170) is used, achieving high degree of automation, improving the production efficiency; the sheet material (140) is fixed and driven by the mounting and clamping structure (120), avoiding deflection of the sheet material (140), reducing the rejection rate; the water jet cutter (160) directly jets water into the water tank (180) during operation, preventing a water jet from coming into contact with an operating platform, prolonging the service life.
