Abstract:
Provided is a nursing care device which enables a care recipient to be moved easily from the nursing care device to a medical or nursing care equipment placed next to the bed. An embodiment according to the present invention includes: a bed body 22 that has a bed portion 23 on an upper surface; first and second supports 11, 12 that support the ends of the bed body 22; columns 13a, 13b, 14a, 14b that extend upward from the bed portion 23; and an elevating means 16 that raises and lowers the bed body 22 and the columns 13a, 13b, 14a, 14b. The columns 13a, 13b, 14a, 14b have a lifting member 95 attached thereto. When the bed body 22 is raised by the elevating means 16, the columns 13a, 13b, 14a, 14b are lowered, when the bed body 22 is lowered, the columns 13a, 13b, 14a, 14b are raised, and when the columns 13a, 13b, 14a, 14b are lowered, a lowermost portion of the lifting member 95 moves to a position lower than the bed portion 23 of the bed body 22.
