Abstract:
A nut stereoscopic imaging detection apparatus and detection method. The nut stereoscopic imaging detection apparatus comprises a data collection module, a data storage module, a data matching module and a central processing unit, wherein the data collection module comprises an X-ray machine (8) and a video camera (12); the data storage module is a bolt model library, and includes data of a plurality of different types of nuts; and the data matching module compares and matches collected data and stored data. A data model library storing a plurality of different types of nut data is established, a comparison object is provided for the present apparatus to detect different types of nuts, then a nut data model detected the current time is established by means of a video camera (12) and an X-ray machine (8), and finally, by means of a data matching module, a data model read the current time is compared with nut data input in advance. By using the detection method, not only can an appearance defect of a nut be detected, but the internal condition of the nut can also be detected, thereby avoiding the situations of the structural strength of a nut being insufficient and the nut being damaged during usage.
