Abstract:
A nut-type electronic mechanical brake assembly, comprising a clamp body (1), a ball screw structure, an actuator (3), an inner friction plate (4), and an outer friction plate (5). The clamp body is provided with a cylinder hole (11) passing therethrough; the ball screw structure is provided in the cylinder hole, and the ball screw structure comprises a screw (21), a nut (22), and steel balls (23), wherein one end of the screw extends out of the cylinder hole and is in driving connection with the actuator, the other end of the screw extends into the nut, the end of the nut facing away from the screw is fixedly connected to the inner friction plate, and the steel balls are sandwiched between the nut and the screw; and the outer friction plate is fixedly mounted on the clamp body, and the outer friction plate and the inner friction plate are arranged opposite to each other. The present nut-type electronic mechanical brake assembly is simple and compact in structure and has a small volume.
