Abstract:
A nut which cannot be loosened, the nut being a nut provided with an inner conical cavity nut (1) and an outer conical boss nut (2) which are in self-locking paired matched usage. An opening through groove is formed in the boss part position of the outer conical boss nut (2), so that the boss part may deform along with the locking action of the matching inner conical cavity nut (1) to then better lock a bolt (3); or, the nut and the teeth of the bolt (3) form an intermittent meshing shape, so that the effective stress face and locking efficiency energy of the nut for locking the bolt (3) are enhanced. In addition, matching annular convex and concave pressing-fit strengthening ribs are arranged at the splitting or integrating face part position of the nut used for matching, so that the reliability and sturdiness of double nut locking are enhanced. The reliability of the integral effect of the nut is guaranteed by means of the conical ring wedge-type locking and the uniform stress features of the two nuts, and the normal feature structural form of the bolt (3) is not damaged so as to achieve the expected objective that the nut cannot be loosened after being locked.
