Abstract:
The present invention provides for a nutrient hazelnut kernel beverage and its preparing process. Said beverage is a hazelnut kernel beverage rich in nutrients and convenient for drinking. Its raw materials preferable include hazelnut kernel, ginseng, seasoning and stabilizer. The seasoning is preferably selected from the group consisting of xylitol, ginger juice and citric acid, and the stabilizer is preferably a composite stabilizer, the composite stabilizer is combinations of two or three kinds of xanthan gum, locust bean gum or guar bean gum at any ratio. The raw material more preferably includes 20-60 weight parts of hazelnut kernel slurry juice, 0.8-12 weight parts of ginseng juice, 7-9 weight parts of xylitol, 0.02-8 weight parts of ginger juice, 0.1-2 weight parts of citric acid, and 0.01-0.5 weight parts of the composite stabilizer. Thus, it has advantages of rich nutrients, convenience for drinking, good taste, strong health-care functions, food stability, easy production, high product’s addition value, and wide market outlook.
