Abstract:
The present invention relates to an object cleaning device characterized by comprising: a substrate part disposed on the surface of an object; an electrode part arranged on the substrate part; an insulating part disposed above the electrode part so as to surround the electrode part; and a control part that supplies AC power to the electrode part. The electrode part includes: a base electrode portion arranged in a certain pattern on the substrate; a corresponding electrode portion spaced a certain distance from the base electrode portion and arranged on the substrate so as to have a certain pattern corresponding to the base electrode portion; and a mid-electrode portion spaced a certain distance from the base electrode portion and the corresponding electrode portion and arranged between the base electrode portion and the corresponding electrode portion in the substrate part so as to have a pattern corresponding to the base electrode portion and the corresponding electrode portion.
