Abstract:
Provided is an object detection device in which it is possible to suppress detection leakage while providing high resolution. An object detection device, wherein when reflected luminous flux from the target object has entered, the pixel field of view in an Mth scan is shifted in a second direction with respect to the pixel field of view in an Nth scan (M≠N), and the pixel field of view of the reflected luminous flux in the Nth scan and/or the Mth scan is shifted so that the reflected luminous flux from the same object is received by a pixel of a light-receiving element.
