Abstract:
An object recognition device 100 comprises: a point group measurement unit 10 that measures the position of point groups included in an object, and the distance to each of the point groups; a noise adding unit 20 that adds noise to the periphery of the measured point groups, such noise being in accordance with the distance to each of the point groups; a noise count storage unit 30 that stores the total and the locations of the noise added by the noise adding unit; and a recognition unit 40 that recognizes the object from the point groups and the noise added to the point groups.
