Abstract:
This objective optical system (3) comprises: a plurality of optical elements (11), (21), (31), (41) obtained by respectively forming lenses (15), (25), (35), (45) on a plurality of glass substrates (13), (23), (33), (43) having the same dimension; a first flare diaphragm (51) having a smaller outer dimension than the optical elements (11), (21), (31), (41); and a second flare diaphragm (53) having the same outer dimension as the optical elements (11), (21), (31), (41), wherein the plurality of optical elements (11), (21), (31), (41) are bonded to each other with spacers (27), (37), (47) therebetween while disposed in a stacking state, and the first flare diaphragm (51) and the second flare diaphragm (53) are disposed on the mutually different optical elements (11), (21), (31), (41) in the order of the first flare diaphragm (51) and the second flare diaphragm (53) from the object side.
