Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of roadway surrounding rock control, and relates to an observation device and observation method for the absolute convergence amount of the surface of a roadway. Components of the observation device of the present invention comprise an anchoring section sleeve, an extended section sleeve, a measuring section sleeve, and range finders. A zero-displacement region position of a deep rock stratum of the surrounding rock of the roadway is determined by using one or a combination of multiple methods in field observation, numerical simulation, theoretical calculation or similar experiment simulation, and the zero-displacement region position is a rock stratum position which has no rock stratum movement and stress change in mining activities; a displacement reference object is installed at the determined zero-displacement region position, a distance between a measuring point on the surface of the roadway and the reference object is measured and recorded by the range finders, and the observation of the absolute convergence amount of the surface of the roadway is carried out. The present invention is particularly suitable for observing the absolute convergence amount of the surface of a roadway, so that the strata behaviors of the roadway can be timely and accurately grasped, and thus the corresponding measures are adopted for carrying out roadway surrounding rock control, and the present invention has great significance to safe and highly efficient coal mining.
