Abstract:
The invention makes it possible to observe a broader observation area than the flight range of a drone, and furthermore, even when it is not possible for an operator to access an observation base due to transportation infrastructure failure, or when a communication infrastructure failure occurs, the operator is able to fetch observation data from all observation zones, and to perform analysis of the entire observation area. A drone flies over an observation zone from the observation base at which a host device is waiting to the next observation base while performing observation, and upon landing at the next observation base, the drone performs a data relay in which all observation data from the first observation zone and thereafter stored in the host device is transferred to the next drone waiting at the observation base. Repeating this data relay between drones in sequence between all observation sections causes the observation data of all the observation sections to be delivered to the target destination observation base.
