Abstract:
An ocean temperature difference power generation device and a working method, which belong to the field of ocean energy utilization, the device comprising an expansion and contraction body (1), a rope (2), a fixed pulley (3) and a generator, wherein the expansion and contraction body (1) is connected to the rope (2); the rope (2) is wound around the fixed pulley (3); the fixed pulley (3) is connected to the generator; the expansion and contraction body (1) is in a contracted state when in relatively hot upper seawater close to the sea surface, and the difference between the gravity of the expansion and contraction body and the buoyancy thereof is relatively great; and the expansion and contraction body (1) is in an expanded state when in relatively cold deep seawater, and the difference between the gravity of the expansion and contraction body and the buoyancy thereof is relatively small, such that the rope (2) is unevenly stressed so as to drive the rope (2) to move, and by means of the rope (2), the fixed pulley (3) is driven to rotate so as to realize power generation.
