Abstract:
A fluorescent sensor, a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. The fluorescent sensor comprises an active layer, wherein the active layer takes a hollow sphere photonic crystal as a detection substrate of a mixed solution composed of a fluorescent probe, cyclodextrin and a solvent; the hollow sphere photonic crystal is any one of silicon dioxide hollow particles, ferroferric oxide hollow particles, carbon hollow particles, and zinc sulfide hollow particles; the bandgap wavelength of the hollow sphere photonic crystal in the air is 550 nm; the fluorescent probe is rhodamine B or a derivative thereof with hydroxyl and/or carboxyl; and the cyclodextrin is β-cyclodextrin or a derivative thereof with hydroxyl, carboxyl and/or an ester group. On the basis of the photonic crystal bandgap enhancement effect and the cyclodextrin sensitization effect in combination with fluorescence detection technology, efficient selective detection of Octogen is achieved, the stability is high, the anti-interference capability is high, the sensitivity is greatly improved, and the method can be used for on-site rapid real-time monitoring.
