Abstract:
An eye-drop ocular tension depressant and/or an eye-drop glaucoma remedy containing a compound represented by general formula (I), or a salt, ester and the like thereof, wherein: R1 represents alkyl, alkenyl, or R5-A-B- (R5 being H, alkyl, cycloalkyl or acyl; A being O or S; and B being a single bond or alkylene); R2 represents alkyl, alkenyl or -CR6R7R8 (R6 being OH or alkoxy; and R7 and R8 each being H, alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, cycloalkyl, aryl or aralkyl); R3 represents COOH or -CONR9R10 (R9 and R10 being H or optionally substituted alkyl); and R4 represents COOH, COCOOH or tetrazolyl.
