Abstract:
The present application relates to the field of communications, and provides an offloading method and apparatus in a roaming scenario, and a storage medium, for use in offloading a roaming network. The method comprises: a roaming SMF receives first information sent by a roaming AMF; according to DNN information and a network slice identifier of a user terminal, the roaming SMF selects a first UPF from at least one UPF, which is controlled by the roaming SMF, as a primary anchor point, wherein the first UPF is used for offloading a public network service of the user terminal; the roaming SMF receives second information sent by a home policy control function (PCF); and according to a DNAI list signed by the user terminal, the roaming SMF determines a target UPF as a secondary anchor point, wherein the target UPF is used for offloading a private network service of the user terminal. The present application is used in the process of service offloading of the user terminal.
