Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is an offshore platform pile leg high-pressure flushing apparatus, the pile shoe being modified to be very small to ensure the strength thereof; the water pressure is relatively very high and the flow is sufficient to flush soil off the pile legs and pile shoes; using a hysteresis two-way water pipe reel, a high-pressure water pipe can be automatically retracted and released by means of the action of hysteresis coupling, the water pipe passing through the top part of the pile leg, and the water being converted into impact kinetic energy by means of high potential energy; the structure of the system is simple, and continuous flushing can be performed when withdrawing the pile, without the need to consider the position of the pile leg movement; compared to connecting pipe flushing, the interface backflow resistance is reduced, and operation is convenient and simple; and the flushing pressure and flow at the top and bottom of the shoe can be adjusted according to pile withdrawal requirements, thereby implementing efficient washing away of the soil attached to the pile shoe and quick withdrawal of the pile.
