Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are an offshore wind turbine complete machine transportation all-in-one ship having a wave compensation function, and a mounting method thereof. The all-in-one ship comprises a wind turbine conveyor system arranged on a ship body, a power positioning propeller system, a six-degree-of-freedom parallel mechanical arm system, and a fixed-type wind turbine foundation single pile, wherein wind turbine complete machines are fixed on the wind turbine conveyor system by means of a plurality of wind turbine stabilizing blocks, and the six-degree-of-freedom parallel mechanical arm system is provided with a clamp system. In the present invention, the wind turbine conveyor system conveys a wind turbine complete machine, the clamp system clamps the wind turbine complete machine, and the six-degree-of-freedom parallel mechanical arm system transfers same, thereby reducing operation difficulties, improving the degree of automation in a mounting process, reducing the labor cost of wind turbine mounting, lowering the operation difficulties in the mounting process, improving wind turbine mounting efficiency, and saving on engineer operation time. Therefore, the present invention can implement integral loading at a wind turbine assembly dock, complete machine transportation, and complete machine mounting, which provides convenience for the integral rapid mounting of wind turbine complete machines in offshore wind power mounting industry.
