Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing an oil-and-fat composition that has excellent texture and the like, such as melting-in-mouth characteristics suitable for food applications. Said problem is solved by an oil-and-fat composition that is for food and that contains: an oil or fat; a wax; and a sucrose fatty acid ester.
