Abstract:
An oil pan tray having an oil return structure, the oil pan tray comprising: an oil pan tray, wool felt, wool felt cover plates and an oil return pipe, wherein two oil return pipe mounting slots are provided on the front side of the inner bottom of the oil pan tray; the wool felt cover plates are arranged on the front side of the inner bottom of the oil pan tray, and the wool felt cover plates are mounted in the oil return pipe mounting slots; a left side edge of the inner bottom of the oil pan tray is provided with an oil pipe fixing structure; and the wool felt is laid at lower end surfaces of the wool felt cover plates. The degrees of inclination are set for the bottom face of the oil pan tray in both a transverse direction and a vertical direction, such that splashed oil liquid can converge on the wool felt cover plates; then, after being filtered by the wool felt, the oil liquid flows, through an oil gathering groove, into the oil return pipe mounting slots having the wool felt; and finally, the oil liquid is conveyed into an oil pan through the oil return pipe having the wool felt. Therefore, oil in the oil pan can be effectively prevented from being exhausted; and as such, a machine can be better maintained, and the machine is safer and more reliable to use, and is also durable.
