Abstract:
An oil path structure for a dryer, which comprises a tank body (10); a drying cavity (11) and a heat transfer oil cavity (12) are provided in the tank body (10); the drying cavity (11) is used for accommodating material; the heat transfer oil cavity (12) comprises a first oil cavity section (121), the first oil cavity section (121) being arranged at the bottom of the tank body (10) and located below a bottom wall of the drying cavity (11); the first oil cavity section (121) is provided with an oil inlet (1211), the oil inlet (1211) being used for establishing communication with an oil temperature machine; a second oil cavity section (122) is provided at the periphery of the tank body (10) and is arranged as surrounding an inner side wall of the drying cavity (11); the second oil cavity section (122) comprises a plurality of annular oil channels (1221) arranged one by one in the height direction of the tank body (10), each annular oil channel (1221) being provided with an oil channel head end (12211) and an oil channel tail end (12212); the oil channel head end (12211) of the annular oil channel (1221) located at the bottom end is in communication with the first oil cavity section (121), and the annular oil channel (1221) located at the top end is provided with an oil return opening (12213), the oil return opening (12213) being used for establishing communication with the oil temperature machine; and among each pair of adjacent annular oil channels (1221), the oil channel tail end (12212) of the lower channel is in communication with the oil channel head end (12211) of the higher channel. The present structure can perform even heating of the tank body (10), the heat utilization rate is high, and improvement of drying efficiency is facilitated.
