Abstract:
An oil product mixing device in a needle coke production process, and a process thereof. The device comprises a mixing tank, an oil-gas condenser, an asphalt pump, an extractant pump, a mixed oil pump, a spraying head, an asphalt pipe, an extractant pipe, a mixed oil pipe, a circulating pipe, a smoke gas pipe, a cooling water supply pipe, a cooling water return pipe and a spraying pipe. The beneficial effects of the present invention are: 1) the high-speed rotation of the asphalt pump and a mixed oil pump impeller is used to repeatedly smash, mix and smash soft asphalt and extraction liquid mixed phases, such that the liquid-liquid mixing effect is good; 2) horizontal tangent feeding is carried out to form a clockwise spiral vortex from top to bottom, and a soft asphalt and an extraction liquid are continuously mixed in the spiral flow; 3) volatile asphalt oil and gas is condensed by means of the oil-gas condenser, and useful heavy components flow back to the mixing tank after being cooled and condensed, such that the product yield is improved; and 4) the soft asphalt is mixed with an extractant in a closed system, such that no asphalt smoke escapes into the atmosphere, and the amount of pollution to the environment is small.
