An oil pump steering indicator. An oil pump comprises a housing (1) and a rotation shaft (2) provided therein; an end portion of the rotation shaft is fixedly connected to a first gear (3); a mounting hole (4) is formed in the housing (1); the steering indicator comprises a steering shaft (5) running through the mounting hole (4) and located at the end portion of the rotation shaft (2), and a second gear (6) fixedly connected to the inner end of the steering shaft; pushing the steering shaft (5) enables the first gear (3) to be engaged with the second gear (6); the outer end of the steering shaft (5) is fixedly connected to an indication member (7); a protrudingly arranged positioning member (8) is fixedly connected to the middle of the steering shaft (5); a reset spring (10) is sleeved on the steering shaft (5), both ends of the reset spring respectively act on the indication member (7) and the housing, and an elastic action of the reset spring enables the first gear (3) to be disengaged from the second gear (6) and enables the positioning member (8) to abut against the housing (1); the steering shaft (5) is axially positioned in the mounting hole (4). The oil pump steering indicator makes the running direction of the oil pump visible from the outside.
