Abstract:
Disclosed are an OLED array substrate and a manufacturing method therefor. The OLED array substrate mainly includes a substrate, a TFT layer, an insulating layer, an anode layer and a pixel definition layer, wherein the pixel definition layer is provided with a first slot and a second slot; a light-emitting layer is formed in the first slot; the second slot is provided with a plurality of fillers; and the plurality of fillers form a plurality of inconsecutive slots in the second slot, so as to form a plurality of inconsecutive cathode layers. When a cathode, away from a display area, on the surface of the pixel definition layer is corroded, the function of a cathode in the display area is not affected, such that the display effect of a display device is also not be affected. Therefore, the limitation of a thin film encapsulation layer that fully covers a cathode on a lower bezel is eliminated, and a narrower lower bezel can be effectively realized.
