An OLED device and a preparation method therefor, and a display device. The OLED device comprises a substrate, wherein a plurality of functional layers are provided on the substrate in sequence; one functional layer among the plurality of functional layers is a transitional functional layer, and the transitional functional layer comprises a first sublayer and a second sublayer located on the first sublayer, which are of the same material; and the first sublayer is prepared with a first process, and the second sublayer is prepared with a second process different from the first process.
