Abstract:

An OLED display component and preparation method therefor, a display panel, and a display device. The method comprises: providing a base substrate (1) having a positive electrode layer (2) and a hole injection layer (3); forming by means of the microelectromechanical system technique on a first shaping substrate (11) a first female die (12) and on a second shaping substrate (21) a second female die (22); applying a soaking technique such that the first female die (12) is filled completely with a hole transport layer material solution (13), and solidifying to obtain a hole transport layer (4), and applying the soaking technique such that the second female die (22) is filled completely with an organic light-emitting layer material solution (23), and solidifying to obtain an organic light-emitting layer (6); transferring in sequence by means of a transfer carrier the hole transport layer (4) in the first female die (12) and the organic light-emitting layer (6) in the second female die (22) to the base substrate (1); forming an electron transport layer (7), an electron injection layer (8), and a negative electrode layer (9) on the base substrate (1) that has undergone the steps.
