Abstract:
Provided are an OLED display panel and method for manufacture thereof, comprising a substrate (11), a thermal insulation layer (12), a buffer layer (13), a driving thin-film transistor (1a), and a storage capacitor (1b); the substrate comprises an arrangement region (11a); the thermal insulation layer (12) is formed on the arrangement region (11a); the buffer layer (13) is formed on the substrate (11); the driving thin-film transistor (1a) and the storage capacitor (1b) are formed on the buffer layer (13) at positions corresponding to the arrangement region (11a). The arrangement of the thermal insulation layer (12) prevents the rapid heat loss of an amorphous silicon film layer during crystallization in the annealing process.
