Abstract:
The present invention relates to an OLED thin film encapsulant and a method for producing same, and more particularly, to a process and a device thereof, whereby a process for producing a thin film can be performed in an open space under atmospheric pressure, such that an expensive vacuum apparatus is not required, thus making it possible to obtain a high-quality OLED element having improved performance at reduced cost through thin-film deposition having an excellent oxygen- and moisture-blocking effect.
