Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to an OLED light-emitting unit, which is applied to a top-emitting OLED substrate, and comprises an anode, a cathode and an organic functional layer located between the anode and the cathode, the anode comprising a first metal layer and a second metal layer which are sequentially provided, an isolation layer being provided between the first metal layer and the second metal layer, and the thickness of the second metal layer being within a preset threshold range, so that metal atoms of the second metal layer can be thermally agglomerated and rearranged under a preset condition, so as to form a concave-convex structure on the surface of the second metal layer. The present disclosure further relates to an OLED display substrate and a manufacturing method for an OLED light-emitting unit.
