Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of display technology. Provided are an OLED substrate and a manufacturing method thereof, and a display device and a manufacturing method thereof. A manufacturing method of an OLED substrate comprises: forming, over a substrate, and by means of a single patterning process, a pattern comprising first electrodes of OLED devices and a pixel defining layer positioned above the first electrodes, wherein the pixel defining layer comprises a plurality of pixel barrier walls arranged at intervals, and each pixel barrier wall defines the first electrode of one of the OLED devices.
