Technical Field

With the present invention relates to one-body type washboard, in which comprises a washboard body to be formed as outside from inside of PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) foaming, soft PVC, and film, a washboard cover to connect by one-body type on the entire surface bottom of the washboard body, a wire arrangement means to be able to arrange wires between a backside of the washboard body and the washboard cover, a folding means to be possible opening and closing of the washboard cover as formed in connection part of the washboard body and the washboard cover, a floor joining means to join a floor finishing material section to connect as one-body type at the bottom of the washboard cover.

Background of Art The present invention relates one-body type washboard in which is protecting to make a wall dirty when cleaning floor, arranging a floor finishing material and a wall finishing material to install the one-body type washboard where comes in touch each other at the bottom of the wall and the floor.

Technical Problem

Figure 1 is a perspective view of one-body type washboard according to the prior art.

As expression as reference the Figure 1 , one-body type washboard according to the prior art in which set floor in a rugged groove which was

formed to be rugged of direction as length of a washboard in the bottom of a body (100) of washboard, and one-body type of washboard was able to manage floor expanding due to moisturizing with cushion pad (110) inside of ruggedness by direction as length of a washboard, there were problems that a damage of the floor in force when the floor was reset up or redecorated, and a dust into a gap between the floor and the washboard due to reiteration of expanding and shrinking by moisture content.

Moreover, in case of separate type of a washboard, it was troublesome to set up the floor because a cover of washboard is separated when reset-up or redecoration of the floor, and was hard to arrange wires if there is no wire protecting box in separate, and also was complicated to set up in case of installing the wire protecting box in separate because there was no a wire protecting box as formed inside of a washboard to be able to arrange the wires.

Technical Solution

The present invention is for overcoming the above-mentioned problems of the prior art. An object is easy to set up floor when the floor is reset up or redecoration as possible open and close of a cover of a washboard which is connect as one-body type in a body of a washboard. Another object is to be able to manage expanding and shrinking by moisture content as formed film and soft PVC (polyvinyl chloride) to be contact a part of the floor and the washboard. Other object is to make possible to arrange wires without installing a wire protecting box in separate because the washboard makes possible to arrange the wires as formed a space between the washboard cover and backside of washboard body. The other object is to provide one-body type

of washboard to be able to put in and put out the wires simply due to possibility of open and close of the washboard cover.

Advantageous Effects The present invention is an effect to make possible easy and simply to set up because of set up the floor with opening washboard cover when the floor is reset up or redecoration due to possibility of open and close of the washboard cover which is connect by one-body type in a washboard body.

As formed wire arrangement means between the backside of washboard body and the washboard cover, open a washboard cover as push down a folding means, and arrange to put wires, after that close the washboard cover so it is an effect to be able to put in and put out the wires without a wire protecting box in separate.

Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention

In one-body type washboard where comes in touch each other at the bottom of inside wall of a building and a floor, comprising that a washboard body in which is formed from inside to outside PVC foaming, soft PVC, and film and a washboard cover in which is formed by PVC foaming, soft PVC, and film with connecting as one-body type at the bottom of the washboard body front, a wire arrangement means for arranging wires to make a gap between a backside of the washboard body and the washboard cover, a folding means for opening and closing of the washboard cover as formed at a connection the washboard body and the washboard cover, a floor connection means is connected the floor finishing material to connect by one-body type at the bottom of the washboard cover, a fixed hook in which is formed at the bottom of the washboard cover, and a fixed means for fixing as closing the washboard cover to engages with the fixed hook.

Figure 2 is a perspective view of one-body type washboard according to the present invention.

Reference is second made to the figure 2 wherein one-body type washboard where comes in touch each other at the bottom of inside wall of a building and a floor,, comprising that a washboard body (200) in which is formed from inside to outside of PVC foaming, soft PVC, and film and a washboard cover (210) in

which is formed by PVC foaming, soft PVC, and film with connecting as one- body type at the bottom of the washboard body front, a wire arrangement means (220) is able to arrange wires to make a gap between a backside of the washboard body and the washboard cover, a folding means (230) is able to open and close of the washboard cover as formed at a connection part of the washboard body and the washboard cover, a floor connection means (240) is connected a part of the floor finishing material to connect by one-body type at the bottom of the washboard cover, a fixed hook (250) in which is formed at the bottom of the washboard cover, and a fixed means (260) is able to fix as closing the washboard cover to engages with the fixed hook.

Figure 3 is a side view of one-body type washboard according to the present invention.

Reference is third made to the figure 3 wherein the folding means (230) is formed to adhere film on soft PVC surface, inside of the folding means is a type of alphabet letter "V" as a shape of lay down to the side, and the washboard cover is to the upper direction when the folding means is pressed from outside of the washboard so that it can be opened. The preferred type of the folding means is "V" as a shape of lay down to the side, is possible "U" type as shape of lay down to the side.

The fixed hook (250) is formed as a shape of hook, and the fixed means (260) is engaged the fixed hook and the fixed means as formed projected part from the backside of the washboard body (200) to the washboard cover (210) direction, and a position of the washboard cover is fixed when the washboard cover is closed. A length of the fixed means depends on the design but the best length is double size of the fixed hook length for opening and closing of the

washboard cover.

As formed the wire arrangement means (220) between the backside of the washboard body and the washboard cover, open the washboard cover then put and arrange wires and then close the washboard cover so that the wires can be arranged clearly without a wire arrangement box in separate.

Figure 4 is a view illustrating of one-body type washboard according to the present invention.

Reference is fourth made to the figure 4 wherein the floor connection means (240) is formed to adhere film on a surface of soft PVC to incline to floor

(20) from a wall (10) so that a gap between the floor connection means and floor shut tight and to make possible to manage a shrinking deviation by expanding of moisture content of the floor.
