Abstract:
The present invention relates to a one-time-use amperometric detection method for simultaneously detecting hemoglobin and glycated hemoglobin, the method being capable of simply and safely detecting with a high sensitivity total hemoglobin and glycated hemoglobin, which are present in the blood. The concentrations of hemoglobin and glycated hemoglobin in a blood sample can be rapidly and precisely measured since an amperometric method is used instead of a measurement method such as high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) or impedance method, which has been conventionally used, and diabetes can be effectively diagnosed by an on-site one-time-use amperometric analysis method since the concentrations of hemoglobin and glycated hemoglobin can be simultaneously measured, so as to obtain the ratio thereof without a step of isolating the two materials.
