Abstract:
Provided in the present invention are a one-way clutch intelligent assembly system and an assembly method therefor. The one-way clutch intelligent assembly system comprises an automatic assembly line for star wheels and output shafts, an automatic assembly line for spring bases and snap ring bases, and a real-time detection system, which are arranged in sequence. The automatic assembly line for star wheels and output shafts and the automatic assembly line for spring bases and snap ring bases are each provided with a translation control unit and several assembly control units, which are connected to each other for control. The real-time detection system is provided with a translation control unit and several detection control units, which are connected to each other for control. The translation control unit on the automatic assembly line for star wheels and output shafts, the translation control unit on the automatic assembly line for spring bases and snap ring bases and the translation control unit on the real-time detection system cooperate with one another. The present invention solves the technical problems of assembly being performed by workers or manually control devices and of the incapability of intelligent, fully automatic assembly of a one-way clutch in existing one-way clutch assembly processes.
