Provided is a one-way valve (300), comprising: a valve housing (320), wherein the valve housing is provided with a valve outlet (322), a valve inlet (321), and a valve passage (323) which is formed inside the valve housing (320) and communicates with the valve outlet (322) and the valve inlet (321); and a valve core (330), which is axially movably arranged in the valve passage (323), wherein a first end of the valve core (330) corresponding to the valve outlet (322) is provided with a hollow structure. The end of the one-way valve core (330) corresponding to the valve outlet (322) is provided with the hollow structure, such that a contact area of a superheated refrigerant with an end face of the valve core (330) is increased, and a stressed area of the valve core (330) is increased; and the hollow structure is of a symmetrical design formed around a center line of the valve core (330), such that the stability of the closure of the valve core (330) can be improved by means of storing and filling a refrigerant in the hollow structure.
