Abstract:
Discloses is an online density test method for a dry-method dense medium fluidized bed, for real-time online testing of bed density in a coal dressing operation of the dry-method dense medium fluidized bed. The technical solution is as follows: an inductance-type magnetic substance measuring instrument is mounted on an ascending bed pipeline of a circulating fluidized bed; the inductance of a solenoid coil of the measuring instrument can be changed due to passing of magnetic substances, the measuring instrument obtains the content of the magnetic substances flowing through a measuring guide pipe by means of waveform transformation detection and the like, and then the bed density is calculated, the bed density change is monitored, and stable bed separation is guaranteed. The present invention has the following advantages and beneficial effects that the bed density is calculated by measuring the content of the magnetic substances according to the electromagnetic induction principle for the first time, the defect that the bed density is measured by means of a differential pressure method is overcome, key parameters in the dry coal dressing process are digitally displayed, the separation precision and efficiency are improved, and meanwhile the labor intensity of operators is relieved.
