Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application are an online measurement apparatus for the phenolphthalein alkalinity and total alkalinity of circulating cooling water, and a method. The apparatus comprises a reaction unit, and a control and measurement unit. The reaction unit comprises a first indicator reagent bottle, a first indicator plunger pump, a second indicator reagent bottle, a second indicator plunger pump, a standard-liquid reagent bottle, a standard-liquid peristaltic pump, a water intake solenoid valve, a magnetic stirrer and a circulating reaction tank, wherein respective outlets of the first indicator plunger pump, the second indicator plunger pump and the standard-liquid peristaltic pump are respectively connected, by means of pipelines, to different liquid inlets on the top of the circulating reaction tank. The control and measurement unit comprises a controller, a light source and a photosensor, wherein the controller is respectively electrically connected to the light source, the photosensor, the water intake solenoid valve, the magnetic stirrer, the first indicator plunger pump, the second indicator plunger pump and the standard-liquid peristaltic pump. The method in the present application can conveniently simultaneously measure the phenolphthalein alkalinity and total alkalinity of industrial circulating cooling water online without manual intervention.
