Abstract:
An online sterilization tubular centrifuge, comprising: a drum (1), which is used for separating materials from liquid by means of a rotating centrifugal force; a main shaft (3), fixedly connected to the drum (1) by means of a drum connecting piece (4); and a bearing unit (2), used for supporting the main shaft (3) to rotate. A shaft sleeve (5) the upper surface of which is provided with a groove is provided above the bearing unit (2); the main shaft (3) penetrates through the shaft sleeve (5), and a through hole (31) is formed on the upper end side of the main shaft; a bolt (32) which can be embedded into the groove on the upper surface of the shaft sleeve (5) is inserted into the through hole (31) formed on the upper end side of the main shaft (3). According to the online sterilization tubular centrifuge, the centrifuge can be in a static sealing state, so that the drum is cleaned and sterilized, and automatic integration of the centrifuge is realized.
