Abstract:
Disclosed is an open center-type load sensing hydraulic system for securing operability and responsiveness of the open center-type hydraulic system, and for bypassing a discharge volume of a hydraulic pump to a hydraulic tank when a control valve is in a neutral state. Provided is the open center-type load sensing hydraulic system, according to the present invention, comprising: a hydraulic actuator which is connected to a variable capacity hydraulic pump; the control valve, which is installed on a flow path between the hydraulic pump and the hydraulic actuator and comprises a spool for controlling the hydraulic actuator when in a switched state, and preventing the discharge volume of the hydraulic pump from flowing into the hydraulic tank when in the neutral state; and a bypass valve, which is installed on a flow path that branches from between the most upstream side spools on the hydraulic pump or the control valve toward the hydraulic pump, for bypassing the discharge volume of the hydraulic pump to the hydraulic tank when the control valve is in the neutral state, and for blocking the flow path which connects the hydraulic pump and the hydraulic tank according to an inversely proportionate amount with regard to an operation amount of an operation lever, which operates the hydraulic actuator when the control valve is switched.
