An open earphone, comprising an ear hook part (1) and a core part (2). The ear hook part (1) comprises a connecting part (11), a bent part (12), and a battery compartment (13); the shape of the ear hook part (1) corresponds to the shape from a crus of helix (311) to a tail of helix (312) in a helix (31) of a human auricle (3); the ear hook part (1) bends and extends backwards from the connecting part (11) of the ear hook part (1) connected to the core part (2) to form the bent part (12) corresponding to a back groove (33) of the helix (31) of the human auricle (3) in shape, and a gap (30) for clamping the upper portion of the helix (31) of the human auricle (3) is formed between the bent part (12) and the core part (2); the core part (2) is further provided with rear sound holes (22); sound production holes (21) and the rear sound holes (22) are respectively located on a front side and a rear side of a sound production unit in the core part (2); and a connection line between at least one group of sound production hole (21) and rear sound hole (22) corresponding to each other points to an ear canal (32). According to the open earphone of an ear hook structure, the shape of the ear hook part (1) corresponds to the shape from the crus of helix (311) to the tail of helix (312) in the helix (31) of the human auricle (3), thereby providing more stable and comfortable wearing for users.
