Abstract:
An open-field experiment data analysis method, comprising: obtaining an experiment video comprising a target open field, and extracting each video frame corresponding to the experiment video; converting each video frame into a corresponding binary image, and capturing a region image corresponding to the target open field from each binary image; obtaining a first coordinate corresponding to each pixel of an experimental animal in each region image, and determining a second coordinate corresponding to the centroid of the experimental animal in each region image according to the first coordinate corresponding to each pixel; and establishing a coordinate system according to the contour boundary of the target open field in the region image, and drawing a motion trajectory of the experimental animal in the coordinate system according to the second coordinate corresponding to each centroid, so as to reduce the time cost in open-field experimental data analysis and improve the analysis efficiency and accuracy of open-field experimental data analysis. Also provided are a system and a terminal device.
