Abstract:
The present application discloses an open-loop heat pump based grading heat taking and water taking system and method using desulfurization slurry flash evaporation. The system comprises a column body and an open-loop heat pump connected to the column body; the open-loop heat pump comprises a lithium bromide solution inlet pump, a lithium bromide solution outlet pump, a generator and a condenser; the column body is connected to the vacuum pump; the column body comprises a left column body and a right column body; a slurry distribution pipe bundle is provided at the inlet of the left column body; the inlet of the slurry distribution pipe bundle is communicated with the outlet of a desulfurization column; a cold slurry outlet is formed in the bottom of the left column body; the cold slurry outlet is communicated with the inlet of the desulfurization column; a solution distribution pipe bundle is provided at the top of the right column body; the inlet of the solution distribution pipe bundle is communicated with the outlet of the generator by means of the lithium bromide solution inlet pump; a lithium bromide dilute solution outlet is formed in the bottom of the right column body; the lithium bromide dilute solution outlet is communicated with the inlet of the generator by means of the lithium bromide solution outlet pump; a water vapor outlet of the generator is communicated with the inlet of the condenser.
