Abstract:
Provided is an opening and closing valve which effectively prevents the entry of air. An opening and closing valve (9) is provided with: a cylindrical body (11); a lid (21) for opening and closing a hole (12) in the body (11); and a wall (13) protruding outward from an end surface (15) of the body (11) and surrounding the lid (21). The lid (21) protrudes, along the entire periphery thereof, from the end surface (15) of the body (11) and has a contact surface (22) coming into contact with an end of the hole (12). The curvature radius of a corner (R) of the end of the hole (12), the corner(R) coming into contact with the contact surface (22), is in the range of 0.01 mm to 0.50 mm, inclusive. The diameter of the outer surface (23) of the lid (21) is set to be larger than the diameter of the hole (12) in the body (11). The contact surface (22) is tilted relative to the surface of the hole (12).
