Abstract:
The present invention provides, as an opening substrate which has an inner surface that serves as a growth base surface and has an interior space for forming a CNT forest, and in which handling, such as cleaning, after the CNT forest has been spun from the opening substrate is easy, an opening substrate 80 which has an interior space that communicates with the outside via an opening portion and in which at least a portion of the inner surface serves as a CNT forest growth base surface, said opening substrate comprising an assembly that is assembled such that semicylindrical parts 80A and 80B are separable.
