Abstract:

The invention relates to an operating device (1) for light-emitting means, comprising a control unit (2) for adjusting the brightness of the light-emitting means and an interface (4) having an external connection for capturing signals (AI, ZT) via an inlet connection, also comprising a low voltage supply (30) which supplies the control unit (2) when the light-emitting means is in operation. According to the invention, said device also comprises another supply circuit (31) which monitors the external connection for capturing signals (AI, ZT) when the light-emitting means is switched off, and if signals (AI, ZT) are captured, start energy for the control unit (2) is provided.
