Abstract:
This operating device comprises: an operation lever that is tilted by a user; a holding member that holds the operation lever; a lock member that restricts tilting of the operation lever; a drive source; a hold drive mechanism driven by the drive source and moving the holding member between a hold position to which the operation lever has been tilted and a return position at which the operation lever is returned from the tilted position to a prescribed position; and a lock drive mechanism driven by the drive source and moving the lock member between a lock position at which the tilting of the operation lever is restricted and a release position at which the tilting restriction on the operation lever is released. The hold drive mechanism and the lock drive mechanism are each driven at a different timing by the drive source.
