Abstract:
The present invention relates to an operating mechanism for a circuit breaker, comprising a handle, a connecting rod provided as linked to the handle, a lock buckle, a contact frame, a dynamic contact provided as linked to the contact frame, and a torsion spring provided between the lock buckle and the contact frame. A limiting groove is provided on the contact frame; moreover, the limiting groove is provided on either side with a lock buckling area and an unbuckling area. A lock buckling part corresponding to the lock buckling area is provided on the lock buckle. A limiting surface that can be abutted against the lock buckling part is provided on the contact frame. One end of the connecting rod is inserted into the lock buckling area. A locking surface matching the connecting rod is provided on the lock buckling part. When the circuit breaker is closed, a locking cavity used for locking the connecting rod is provided between the locking surface and the lock buckling area; when the circuit breaker is unbuckled and opened, one end of the connecting rod slides from the lock buckling area into the unbuckling area. The present invention has the advantages of a simple structure, steady and reliable performance, convenient assembly, and effectively increased breaking capability of the circuit breaker.
