The present invention relates to the field of low-voltage electrical appliances, and in particular relates to an operating mechanism of a circuit breaker, the mechanism comprising a support, a rocker arm assembly, a jumper pin, a lock catch, a re-fastening member, a first crank, a first spring, and a first connecting rod. The jumper pin is in lock fit with the lock catch and the re-fastening member is in limiting fit with the lock catch. One end of the first crank is disposed on the jumper pin so as to pivot about a first axis center and the other end thereof is connected to one end of the first connecting rod so as to rotate about a second axis center. The rocker arm assembly is in drive connection with the first crank by means of the first spring. The operating mechanism further comprises a slide rail disposed on the support and a slider slidably disposed on the slide rail, the slider being rotatably connected to the other end of the first connecting rod and being in drive fit with a moving contact mechanism of a circuit breaker. The operating mechanism of a circuit breaker of the present invention can independently implement opening, closing and tripping operations.
