Abstract:
An operating oil control valve (10) is provided with an outer sleeve (30), an inner sleeve (40), and a spool (60), wherein: the outer sleeve includes a threaded portion (33) which is fastened to a camshaft (320), a protruding portion (35) which is fixed to a phase changing unit (130), and ports (38, 39) formed in a side surface between the threaded portion and the protruding portion; the inner sleeve includes ports (48, 49) which are connected respectively to the ports (38, 39), an oil port (47), an axial direction groove (46) providing communication between the oil port and an opening (36a), and an enlarged diameter portion (41) which has an enlarged internal diameter and which is formed closer to an insertion opening (36b) for the inner sleeve than the protruding portion; and the spool is provided with land portions (64, 65) which slide along an inner surface of the inner sleeve, a spool groove (67) formed between the land portions, and spool ports (69) which provide communication between the interior and the exterior of the spool, and which are connected to the insertion opening via the enlarged diameter portion.
