Abstract:
[Problem] To make it possible to ascertain the use status of a vehicle. [Solution] This system assists in an operation that pertains to a shared service for a single-rider vehicle, said system comprising: a use request input unit that accepts a use request from a terminal of a user who is trying to use the vehicle, the use request including the designation of a dismounting port and a scheduled dismounting date and time; and a use permission determination unit that predicts whether there is an available parking space at the dismounting port at the scheduled dismounting date and time, and if there is an available parking space, allows the vehicle to be used.
