Abstract:
Provided is an operation control system capable of suppressing efficiency decrease in demand response control. An operation control system (100) comprises a storage unit (71) and a determination unit (72). The storage unit stores power information therein. The determination unit determines, on the basis of the power information, a special operation timing to perform special operation of a refrigeration cycle device installed in one or more articles or one or more areas. The power information includes at least one of power supply/demand adjustment request information on power supply/demand adjustment request from the outside to an article or an area, and power market price information on power market prices. The special operation is at least one of a cooling oil return operation, which is an oil return operation at the time of cooling operation of the refrigeration cycle device, a heating oil return operation, which is an oil return operation at the time of heating operation of the refrigeration cycle device, and a defrosting operation at the time of heating operation of the refrigeration cycle device.
